当社（新樂飛無人機股份有限公司）（以下、「7A DRONES社」）は、日本における販売パートナーとして株式会社AlterSky（以下、「AlterSky社」） と 販売パートナー契約の締結に向けて、最終段階に入っていることをお知らせいたします。
現在、契約内容の最終確認段階に入っております、契約締結後は、現時点において日本国内で当社製品を取り扱うことができる唯一のパートナーとなる予定です。

契約締結後、7A DRONES社およびAlterSky社の両社は、日本市場における販売体制・技術サポート体制の整備を進め、日本のユーザーの皆さまに安心してご利用いただける環境を整えてまいります。 今後ともご支援賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

7A DRONES Co., Ltd. (referred to as“7A DRONES”) announces that we have entered the final stage of concluding a sales partnership agreement with our partner in Japan, AlterSky Inc. (referred to as“AlterSky”).
Both parties are currently in the final confirmation phase of the contract contents, and upon official signing, AlterSky will become the exclusive partner authorized to represent and sell our products within Japan at this stage (a statement of the current status).
(Note: The contents of this announcement represent the current plans and facts, and do not imply that 7A DRONES will grant AlterSky permanent or exclusive rights to sell our products in the future.)
Upon completion of the official agreement, 7A DRONES and AlterSky will jointly enhance the sales framework and technical support system for the Japanese market, ensuring that users in Japan can adopt and operate our large-scale logistics drone products with confidence and reliability.
